RETURNS & REFUND POLICIES
Any UNUSED item may be returned for any reason. Simply pack the item up and ship it back to us. Please enclose a copy of your invoice so that we can properly credit your account. Your credit will be issued the same way as you paid us. If paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to that credit card. If paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you.
Only the cost of the item and applicable sales taxes, if any, will be refunded. Freight charges both to you and the return to us are not refundable. If an item was shipped to you in error by us, the freight charges will be credited.

Some Power Tool manufacturers offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. We honor every one of those guarantee's.
For example, Milwaukee Electric Tool has a 30-day money back guarantee. Buy a Milwaukee Electric Tool and use it for 30 days. If, at the end of 30 days, you are not satisfied with the tool, you can return the tool for a complete refund. You would only be responsible for the freight charges, both to you and back.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We ship to the continental USA and Puerto Rico only at present.
Shipping charges for orders in the continental USA and Puerto Rico are based on actual weight. We typically use UPS as our shipper, but we reserve the right to use other carriers if necessary. Freight charges will not exceed those quoted on our website. A freight calculator is provided for your use to get freight charge information.
If an item is advertised with “Free Shipping”, the item will be shipped via a ground method of our choice. If you require express shipping, actual shipping charges will be charged.
Every effort is made to ensure that your order is sent the day it arrives. However, some items require preparation and may take longer. You will be notified by email when an order ships.
